This is an introduction as to what goes into grooming and why we take our time to ensure the comfort and safety of each pet. We offer each individual pet the quality care they deserve. When working with live wiggling bodies, it’s important to have the time that is necessary to complete the groom safely. We appreciate your understanding in giving us the time needed to make this a low stress Gentle Grooming for your pet.

A day of pampering in our salon includes:

• A greeting when you enter
  
• Confirming your continued approval of the clip being received
  
• Checking to make sure your preferred clip is possible (fur mats, skin condition, etc.)
